• Assists Manager to ensure the facilities delivers a high quality fitness experiences to all members;
• Oversees Fitness Center Staff. Ensures staff consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code, compliance, friendliness and cleanliness;
• Assists in the ordering of equipment and supplies;
• Communicates any problem, members concerns or suggestions to Manager;
• Ensures excellent customer service by providing information, resolving problem, and answering questions for employees and customers;
• Performs other tasks as assigned by superior.
- High School or University Degree in related field
- Knowledge of Sport and Recreation;
- Customer service;
- Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
- Fluent Spoken and Written English/Chinese;
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- Physical look: Healthy, pleasant personality, smart, charming, well groomed;
- Attitude: Friendly with positive attitude, enthusiastic;
