Shopping Center Sorya PLC. is currently operating 3 luxurious shopping malls in Phnom Penh Capital including Sorya Center Point, Sovanna Shopping Center and Ratana Plaza Shopping Center. Now we are seeking dynamic local candidates for the position of:


Personal Assistant to CEO/ Executive Secretary


Job Purpose:                                                         


Assists Chief Executive Officer with scheduling, planning, coordinating, and administrative support to the day-by-day operation.


Main Responsibilities:


Administrative Functions:


·         Schedules and manages CEO calendar and travel arrangements;
·        Provides total administrative and scheduling support while managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO;
·        Drafts and/or prepares memorandums and business correspondence for CEO, ensuring the accuracy of all documents provided;
·         Organizes and prioritizes incoming calls received for CEO (re-routing or assisting callers as needed);
·         Maintains departmental correspondence for CEO;
·        Is responsible for meeting agenda/presentation material preparation and minutes taking;
·         Designs and prepares departmental reports (i.e. charts, graphs, tables, business plans);
·        Creates and develops visual presentations for CEO;
·        Maintains contact lists and task lists for CEO as necessary;
·         Other tasks as assigned by CEO.


Coordinating Functions:


·        Acts as liaison between various departments and CEO;
·        Ensures all daily operational functions of CEO are completed smoothly and efficiently;
·         Coordinates the  external events;
·        Schedules meetings and completes arrangements for meeting venues and other materials as required;
·        Completes special projects as required;
·        Other tasks as assigned by CEO.


Job Requirement:


·        Master/Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related disciplines;
·        Minimum 2 years experience in the same field;
·        Computer Knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
·         Fluent English speaking and writing / Mandarin is a plus;
·        Presentation skill; Meeting Management Skill and Shorthand;
·        Communication and interpersonal skills;
·         Team and goal-orientated;
·         Good attitude and inter-personal skills;
·         Teamwork and fast learner;
·        Proactive, enthusiastic, presentable and strong sense of responsibilities;
·        Able to work under pressure and be flexible, creative and initiative.
