Job Description
- Warehouse and inventory
– Responsible for deliver materials to requester;
– Receives and counts items in a warehouse inventory and records the data either
manually or on a computer;
– Examines items in inventory for defects, wear or damage, and reports this information
to the Manager; - Office Control
-To provide refreshment needs at the workplace and amentinities for clients, guests
who visit the office. (Drinking Water, Coffee & Snacks, etc.);
– To support daily operation need. (Stationery, Office Supplies, Printing of Parking
Ticket, Letter Head, Envelope, etc.);
– Arranges the transportation and meeting room for requirement by others department;
– Office Doors lock & unlock; - Parking Membership
– Overall reviews all applicants to ensure service efficiency to staff and tenant;
– Responsible for preparing and processing provide the parking membership in
accordance with his organization’s policies and procedures;
– Controls all members information and records the data either manually or on a
computer;
– Solves problem and handle complaint; - Lost and Found
– Records all information of the found items in the Lost and Found Logbook and find
the item owner;
– Monitors the identification and signature of the owner or the person representing the
owner clearly indicated;
– Prepares report and request for release of unclaimed items acknowledged by HOO
with approval of CEO; - Items Gate Pass
– Controls all of unidentified ownership equipment and materials which are kept in the
Company premise either be useful or disposable;
– Files all Item Gate Pass request form by department who requirement for taking the
out from the Company premise.
Requirement:
– Bachelor in business administration, marketing, economics, communication, retail, real
estate, or any other related course.
– At least 0-2 years experience in leasing, real estate, retail, fashion, sales & marketing,
hospitality, or any other related work.
– Leadership and Project management Skill;
– Sale and Customer service Skill;
– Good Communication and interpersonal skill;
– Fluent Spoken and Written English (Other third language – Chinese is an advantage);
– Presentation skill;
– Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
